President of Ghana’s Actors Guild, Rev. Eddie Coffie has passed away.
Rev. Coffie was elected president of the Actors Guild (GAG), the umbrella body for Ghanaian actors, in October 2014.
He took over from Nii Odoi Mensah who had been the guild’s president for several years.
He was deputised by veteran actress, Vivian Achor.
A veteran actor who confirmed the sad news to Starrfmonline.com says the family would like to keep the details of the Reverend’s death private until they are able to make a formal announcement.
