Seyram Agbleze

Seyram Agbleze is a Ghanaian writer, artist and decolonial thinker.. More His works explore themes of identity, injustice and power. Some of his notable works include Still Here, A Forgotten People, Journey of West African Textile Traditions and At the Mountain Top (set for release January 2025).

He founded the Love for Humanity initiative (a community building back power project based in Ghana). He was educated at Central University College. In 2022 he was named in Undocublack Network’s Black Personalities of Choice for Black History Month and nominated in 2023 for the Africans Rising Activism Awards. He is a recipient of the Thetis Blacker Award from Temenos Academy, London (patron King Charles III). He is also a fellow of the Merian Institute for Advanced Studies in Africa (MIASA) and the first non-postdoctoral fellow to receive the prestigious MIASA fellowship.
