Ghanaian International David Bremang scored a brace for Coventry City U-23 to help them beat Charlton Athletic U-23 side in the English Professional Development League yesterday.
It took the brilliance of the forward to find the back of the net twice in the second half to ensure his side came from behind to beat their opponents.
Charlton took the lead in the first half after dominating the first 45 minutes. The English born Ghanaian forward restored parity for Coventry City on the 70th minute through a penalty kick.
However, had to wait until the 93rd minute to have the opportunity to score his second goal of the day which eventually gave his side all three points.
David Bremang played for Coventry City’s u18 team before he was promoted to the U-23.
He has improved his play over the past couple of years and looks set to become a goal scoring machine in the future.
Since joining the U-23 team, he has netted three times and with things looking good for him, it won’t be surprising if he scores more in the coming weeks.
The players is expected to break into the Coventry City’s first team squad if he continues with his fine goal scoring form.
