Black Stars: Ghana move up in FIFA ranking for August

Ghana have moved from 36th in the world to 35th and have surpassed West African neighbours Ivory Coast to occupy the 2nd place in the African ranking.

But Algeria still kept their position in Africa as the highest rated nation in the latest FIFA ranking.

Argentina maintained their position as the highest ranked team in the world, while Belgium also kept their place as world number two.
