

The Carlisle United striker, known for his footspeed and dribbling ability has three adorable sons who have picked up his footballing traits; as reported on Ameyawdebrah.com.
Known as 'Team Asamoah', the kids, Maleace, Zayshaun and Amari Asamoah currently play football for Reading FC Academy. Their ultimate dream is to be professional footballers, which seems to be going as planned as a cup has already been won by one of the team members.
Maleace recently won the CupNo.1 Tournament with Reading FC's Under 13 team in Denmark.
Derek Asamoah has previously played for clubs in England, France, Scotland, Bulgaria and South Korea. He currently plays for League Two side Carlisle United.
On November 15, 2011, Asamoah scored his first international goal in a friendly match against Gabon in stoppage time to win the game 2-1 for Ghana.
