Andoh moved on a free transfer after the expiration of his one-year contract with Allies at the end of the season.
He has been training with the Cape Coast-based side since last month.
His experience will be crucial for the Mysterious Club who made a quick return to the Ghana top-flight after suffering demotion two seasons ago.
