Ghanaian-born Burkina Faso international Nii Adama Plange has switched clubs in the Portuguese top-flight by joining Academica from Vitoria Guimares.
The Fetteh Feyenoord Academy graduate penned a two-year deal on Saturday.
Plange is a talented right back who can operate as a right winger.
He was born in Accra to Ghanaian parents but holds a Burkinabe passport and has featured thrice for the Stallions in friendly matches which included the 2011 clash against South Africa.
The 26-year-old has previously represented Sporting Lisbon.
