Ghanaian international midfielder Obeng Reagan won his first major career silverware after lifting the Serbian Cup trophy with FK Cukaricki following a 1-0 win over Partizan Belgrade in the final on Wednesday night.
The Berekum-born, 20, lasted 64 minutes in the game for Cukaricki as Serbian defender Dragoljub Srnic won the title for them with a 38th minute finish at the Stadion Rajko Miti? in Belgrade.
Regan, a former Asante Kotoko reserves team player, wins his first title with Cukaricki just a season after joining them from Napredak.
After spending four seasons in the Serbian top-flight and attracting interest from a couple of European clubs, Wednesday night’s title might push him to move elsewhere for a different adventure.
