Swedish-born Ghanaian attacker Simon Adjei netted a double for Husqvarna as they trounced Lund 4-0 in Swedish Division One League on Friday evening.
The 21-year-old scored in the 18th minute to open his season goal account before hitting his second of the afternoon with a 33rd minute finish at the Vapenvallen.
Adjei is seeking to use the current season as a stepping stone catapult himself to the top ranks of Swedish league football.
But his season only started to get well on Friday when he netted twice to declare his intentions.
Adjei was born to a Ghanaian father and a Swedish mother in the Scandinavian nation but is yet to be capped by either of his parent’s countries.
