Former Kotoko midfielder Regan Obeng completed his move to Serbian SuperLiga side FK Cukaricki on Sunday and has signed a four-year contract.
The 20-year-old moves from Serbian top-flight side Napredak Krusevac where he spent two seasons.
Obeng has been described as of the promising defensive midfielders in Serbia and was recently linked with Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam.
“I am very happy that I came to Cukaricki,” the former Fetteh Feyenoord graduate told the club's official website.
“I have my former teammates Peter Bojic and Nenad Mirosavljevic playing for this this club and that should help me to adapt quickly.
“The things I've seen the past two days, the organization and the atmosphere at the club, it gives me encouragement and confidence to move forward.”
FK Cukaricki finished fifth last season in the Serbian SuperLiga.
