FC Samartex head coach Nana Kwaku Agyemang has been named the NASCO Coach of the Month for September in the Ghana Premier League after guiding his side through an unbeaten run.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) announced the award following an impressive month in which Samartex recorded two wins and two draws in four matches.
Agyemang’s side scored six goals and conceded three during the period, including an important away victory over Aduana FC.
The results highlighted Samartex’s consistency and attacking threat, earning the coach recognition for his work during the month.
As the winner, Agyemang will receive a 43-inch NASCO television set and a NASCO chest freezer, courtesy of Electroland Ghana Limited.
He will now turn his attention to Sunday’s Ghana Premier League Matchday Seven fixture, when Samartex host defending champions Medeama SC.
Agyemang will be hoping to maintain his side’s positive momentum and celebrate his award with another victory.
