Medeama SC goalkeeper Felix Kyei is confident his team will end their winless run at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena when they face FC Samartex in the Ghana Premier League this weekend.
The defending champions will travel to face Samartex in a tough Matchday 7 fixture.
The Tarkwa-based club have failed to win any of their away matches against FC Samartex since 2023.
Speaking ahead of the game, Kyei said the team was ready to secure its first win at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
"For us as players, we are very prepared for the game. Playing away at FC Samartex is always difficult, but we are ready. Since I joined Medeama SC, we have played three away matches against them. We have drawn twice and lost one, so this time around we are going for the win,” the goalkeeper said.
The Matchday 7 game between FC Samartex and Medeama SC will take place on Sunday, October 18, with kick-off set for 3pm.
