Ghanaian duo Abdul Aziz Issah and David Oduro took part in FC Barcelona's first-team training session ahead of their upcoming La Liga match against Girona on Sunday.
Both young talents joined the Spanish giants during the summer transfer window from clubs in the Ghana Premier League.
Aziz Issah, who turns 19 in November, was acquired on a season-long loan from Dreams FC, while 18-year-old left-back David Oduro made the move from Accra Lions on a three-year deal.
FC Barcelona sees potential in both players and aims to develop them for future first-team roles. Offering them training opportunities with the senior squad is part of coach Hansi Flick’s long-term plan.
However, despite participating in first-team training, neither Issah nor Oduro has been named in the squad for the match against Girona.
