A resilient performance from Great Olympics on Monday afternoon has seen the side defeating Real Tamale United 2-1 in the Ghana Premier League to bag maximum points.
Although not fancied to win this season's Ghanaian top-flight league, the Dade Boys have impressed in a number of games and remain one of the top four teams.
Today, the capital-based outfit hosted RTU at the Accra Sports Stadium in a matchday 18 encounter of the ongoing league campaign.
In a game that kicked off at 15:00GMT, Great Olympics led after just five minutes into the first half when George Asamoah scored from close range.
Despite taking that lead into the break, there was cause for worry in the last 10 minutes of the match when RTU was awarded a penalty kick in the 85th minute.
Ronald Frimpong stepped up to the task and expertly converted to restore parity for the visitors.
In the last five minutes of the game, Great Olympics displayed impressive character and pushed until Ibrahim Sulley found the back of the RTU net in added time.
The goal sealed a 2-1 win for Great Olympics and has now propelled the team to second on the Ghana Premier League standings.
