Danish-born forward of Ghanaian descent, Justin Kwabena Shaibu has signed a new contract with FC Fredericia that will see him playing for the team until the end of the 2020/2021 football season.
The 23-year-old striker joined the Danish 1st Division Club last year in a deal that saw him leaving English Premier League club Brentford.
Since his arrival, Justin Shaibu has impressed and is currently one of the key players for FC Fredericia.
Due to his exploits, he has seen his contract that would have ended this month extended to the end of the ongoing Danish football season.
“FC Fredericia has today extended Justin Shaibu's contract until 30 June 2021. The striker joined the club in the just over autumn season, where he has played eight matches and scored two goals,” the Danish lower-tier club has announced today.
The former HB Køge attacker will be keen on continuing his fine form for FC Fredericia to possibly earn another deal when the season comes to an end.
Justin Kwabena Shaibu in the past has played for the Denmark junior national teams but remains eligible to play for the Black Stars of Ghana.
