The MP has been regarded as “blessing” to the Bosomtwe constituency owing to his optimism which drives his passion and commitment to the development of human and infrastructures in the constituency and the country at large.

The 2019 Ministerial tracking report by ASEPA which assesses the performance of Ministries and Ministers has cited Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, Deputy Minister for Education and Godfred Dame, Deputy Attorney General as being the two top best-performing Deputy Ministers in 2019.

Over 5,000 respondents who formed part of a randomly sampled size say Dr Adumtwum, for instance, has great understanding of the education sector, has humility, is candid and effective in his communication on educational matters.

In a congratulation message to Hon. Yaw Osei Adutwum, the group stated that “Examining the characteristics and parameters of the respondent population coupled with several factors and happenings within the various social media platforms, print and non-print media leaves one in no doubt to appreciate the extent of work done in this very survey. We are therefore left with no option to openly commend and send a congratulatory message to the Deputy Minister for education for such a great height achieved”.

They added, “With this brief background it is imperative on us to call on the leadership of the party and all well-meaning Ghanaians to join the people of Bosomtwe and indeed Ashanti Region in celebrating such a personality in the person of DR. OSEI YAW ADUTWUM.”
