The Commission of Inquiry, which was chaired by the former head of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), Francis Emile Short, made several recommendations.
Commission of Inquiry investigated the violence which marred the Ayawaso-West Wuogon by-election on January 31.
The Commission further expects Government to act on its recommendation to restructure the National Security operations including punishments to persons indicted ahead of the 2020 elections.
