A publication by a Norwegian newspaper, Verdens Gang (VG) has suggested that government signed the AMERI power deal without due diligence on the project.
The publication has raised questions about the propriety of the contract.

What has been lost in translation is that, the Majority Leader in Parliament, stated emphatically, that the NPP sent delegates to Turkey in order to delay the delivery of the barge. Arrant nonsense. And he is still the Majority Leader; no doubt Ghana is still in a mess!
