A dispatch rider with APK Courier Services met his untimely death Tuesday afternoon after he was run over by a long vehicle.
Joseph Amegashie had his head completely shattered by the vehicle.
The incident occurred on the Teshie Nungua road just in front of Next door restaurant.
Eyewitnesses say the deceased, who was heading to La was caught in the middle of two trailers and was knocked down by one before the other run over him.
The driver of the long vehicle was said to have fled but was later arrested around the La Polyclinic.

The police have moved the body from the road and traffic flow has resumed
