
The Sowutuom District of the Church of Pentecost has held a five-day Christmas and New Year convention at the Central Assembly of the church at Santa Maria Last Stop in Accra.
The theme for the convention was, "Jesus Christ, Our Peace."
The District Pastor of the church, Rev. Fred Appiah Baah, who preached the sermon at one of the sessions, called on Christians to live right with God and maintain the peace of Christ.
He enjoined all followers of Christ to shun evil and show integrity at all times to draw those who not believe in Christ to Him.
Rev. Baah urged Christians to be saturated with the word of God and dwell in His presence at all times.
The Odorkor Area Head of the church, Apostle Johnson Agyemang Badu, called on the members to be obedient to God and live lifestyles that would reflect the works of Christ.
