Accra, Aug 07, GNA -The All Nigerians' community in Ghana (ANC), wishes to inform the general public, especially Nigerian citizens in Ghana that the on-going registration of its members in the Greater Accra Region, has been extended for seven days.
A release signed by Mr. Bayor Albert, Acting President of the ANC, the new closing date is August 9th, 2012.
It said a release from the Nigerian Embassy in Accra, which dissociated itself from the exercise, was caused by miscommunication between the ANC and the Embassy.
The release said the misunderstanding had been resolved, and the Nigerian High Commission by a letter dated July 31st, 2012, had endorsed the exercise.
"The ANC's assistance and well-fare programmes only covers registered members," the release said.
