New Edubiase United striker Emmanuel Baffour will undergo medical at Turkish top flight side Antalyspor, the club have confirmed.
The Ghana Premier League leading scorer will leave Accra on Friday after both clubs reached an agreement over his transfer fee.
Baffour, 23, will be handed a permanent deal if he passes the medical scrutiny.
“I can confirm that he (Baffour) will be leaving for medicals on Friday and hopefully when everything is successful he will join them,” New Edubiase president Abdul Salam Mumuni said.
“We have completed all the paperwork. It's a done deal. What is left is for the player to undergo the routine medicals and then we finalise everything.”
Baffour has raked in 21 goals in 26 Premier League appearances, one shy of equaling Ishmael Addo 11-year old record of 22 goals.
He will miss this weekend's Ghana Premier League tie against Berekum Arsenal. Source: MTNfootball.com
