General Secretary of the NDC, Dr Josiah Aryeh says President Kufuor’s cabinet reshuffle does not reflect any change, adding that the top and lucrative ministries still went to the ''Asante boys'' and relations of the President.
He also described the merger of some of the ministries and the creation of new ministries as useless and meaningless. Dr Aryeh wondered how the Ministry of Youth and Sports could be merged with that of Education, which also has a bigger responsibility.
According to him some of the Ministers could simply not perform no matter what ministry they are assigned to.
