Utopia of reality: The turbo-charged society

Utopia of reality: The turbo-charged society

Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels described citizens as equal under the law and in society. God sees individuals as persons with a distinguished personality, mandate, and destiny, none superior to another. The French Revolution saw the clergy as the top of society above royals and common citizens. China uses the masses under their control, maturing with a few selected privileged citizens to overtake the USA soon as the leading world economy.

Old, mature societies like France, Germany, Holland, Denmark and Scandinavia use their sophisticated social systems to carry along anyone with a minimum requirement to give back to society. They established wealth at the expenses in the past and present time of foreign nations make their social interventions still payable. Entrepreneurship is seen as exploitation and, in contrast, as an individual work-life balance. More than in one aspect, ageing societies are confronted with young, ambitious and hungry societies outside the European continent. They gain time by leaders of these upcoming nations by their leaders not understanding the need for change and do the right things.

Learning lessons from history means putting the individual at the centre of any state decisions. Business activities of individuals create jobs, not governments, as they rely on citizens' income through paid taxes, invent new products and services, at fast to adapt to changes in demand of buyers and seeing the need of society before citizens express their wish for new products and services or how business is performed and feel encouraged in the cultural, social and educational sector to strive for world excellence.

The cast system of the French Revolution must be put upside down. Entrepreneurs must stand at the top. Every citizen must be foremost challenged to use his own individual gifts to put to best use for himself, his family and society. At each level and time in society, the individual must be given the chance to succeed and become self-employed. Utopia of Reality will create a thriving,g constantly problem-solving, floating organism through the created system before they become national issues and destructive. Duties like tax collection, defence, issue of DVLA licence number plates and related civic duties such as running hospitals, schools, kindergartens, etc. are part of any well-functioning society. Working for 40 or 45 years, the individual must learn to be flexible, changing workplaces and jobs as time passed on frequently. Handing out passports for ten years, employed by a private company to run a branch selling goods, learning to invent new products and running the last third of his working life in his own company is a scenario possible and desirable for any society turbo-charged for success.

When Africans stop seeking their blessings in a government appointment and instead seek them in themselves, with governments setting out the needed framework and mentality to achieve greatness, this Utopia of Reality in African nations works like the old skin of a snake, leaving Utopia behind, moving forward with the turbo-charged reality of mankind.
