The Leader of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), Pastor Evelyn Joshua, has declared that the “Winds of Glory” is already blowing in São Paulo, Brazil, ahead of the much-anticipated two-day crusade scheduled for September 18 and 19, 2026.
Pastor Evelyn Joshua made the declaration shortly after arriving in São Paulo from Lagos, Nigeria, on Monday, September 14. She touched down at Guarulhos International Airport at about 5 PM local time, where she was received by a delegation comprising community leaders from São Paulo, Osasco and other parts of the greater São Paulo State.
Speaking to the media following her arrival, the SCOAN Leader expressed appreciation to the people of São Paulo for the warm reception and said the forthcoming gathering would provide an opportunity for people to experience what she described as a new wave of spiritual renewal.
“The wind of glory is blowing already. It is going to be an encounter, a new wave of revival, healing and deliverance,” she said.
Pastor Evelyn Joshua further emphasised the Christian message at the heart of the crusade, telling the people of São Paulo that “The Lord Jesus Christ loves you all” and is concerned about their lives. She urged participants to maintain their faith and remain open to God’s intervention.
“He wants to prove Himself again in your life. Keep your faith intact and make yourself available to Him and He will transform your life,” she said.
The statement sets the tone for the “Winds of Glory” Crusade, which will bring Pastor Evelyn Joshua and SCOAN evangelists to the Renascer Arena, Ginásio da Portuguesa, São Paulo, for two days of worship, prayer and preaching, beginning at 12 noon on each day.
Preparations for the gathering are at an advanced stage, with worshippers and visitors expected from different parts of Brazil, Latin America and beyond. Residents from cities including São Paulo, Osasco, Guarulhos, Campinas, São Bernardo do Campo, Santo André, Sorocaba, Ribeirão Preto, São José dos Campos and São José do Rio Preto are preparing to attend.
Interest has also been reported from other Brazilian states, including Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Espírito Santo and Bahia, while participants from Argentina, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia and Honduras, as well as parts of Africa, are expected to make their way to São Paulo.
For some prospective participants, the arrival of Pastor Evelyn Joshua has further heightened anticipation. Pastor Jonas from Osasco described the event as a significant moment for Brazil, saying residents were eagerly awaiting the gathering and expressing their appreciation for the ministry associated with Prophet T.B. Joshua and Pastor Evelyn Joshua.
Pastor Joshua Eduardo of São Paulo also expressed expectations of divine intervention during the crusade, while Pastor Anderson from Rio de Janeiro said he looked forward to witnessing what he described as manifestations of God’s glory during the gathering.
The theme, “Winds of Glory”, centres on the biblical imagery of wind as an expression of the movement and presence of the Spirit of God. Within the context of the crusade, it points to themes of spiritual renewal, faith, restoration, healing and transformation.
Prayer Line registration for the crusade runs from Monday, September 7 to Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday, at Igreja Apostólica Vida Nova, Rua Dr. João Inácio Teixeira, 78, São Paulo-SP. Participants seeking prayer are advised to come with their medical reports and any health aids they currently use.
As São Paulo prepares for the two-day gathering, Pastor Evelyn Joshua’s message that “the wind of glory is blowing already” has become a defining expression of the anticipation surrounding the event, with the SCOAN Leader calling on those who attend to come with faith and make themselves available to God.
Those unable to travel to Brazil can follow the crusade through live broadcasts on Emmanuel TV and SCOAN’s digital platforms.
