Ignored Simple Measures to Mitigate Water Related Disasters and Bring Heaven Closer?

From floods to boat or ferry accidents, humans unnecessarily die at times. It is a worldwide problem, but it seems like Africa is worse and will all sincerely repent? The problems of floods are not new, but we have claims or evidence that earthly floods are worsening and humankind are refusing or ignoring very simple feasible measures, as my title charged. It is almost like a collective failure, but I think the politicians and journalists are the most guilty groups. The world of mass sensitization is a collective responsibility, but primarily to journalists and politicians. The world of new needed regulations is primarily to the governments, but it is also a collective or shared responsibility . Sometimes the government officials refuse to think, or should I feel privileged for the inspirations? Other-times or oftentimes, the government officials refuse thinkers until enough pressure is exerted. Meaning, me and you may have to pressure our questionable leaders, after or before doing what we can for ourselves and the willing among our close families. Formal mainstream journalists are still vital, but social media means we can initiate, influence, or support the best among the journalists and politicians towards the needed actions.

Mandatory Floating Materials in Homes, Offices, and Vehicles: Anytime I see u.s and other journalists reporting on floods without helpful details, my 'heart' breaks. There should be a life jacket for every person in every home, but what other floating devices will you recommend for offices (workplaces) and cars, at least during the summers? At least one life-jacket for the driver and four or xyz lighter floating gears, depending on the vehicle type. I cannot waste too much time on the regulations' aspects, but just to give hints to get things started. A journalist on TV, year after year, showing us flood related deaths that mandatory life jackets could have mitigated becomes refusing to learn or ignoring simple measures. That moment is arguably the best time to shame defiant politicians for refusing to educate and mandate, two separate crimes. By doing so, you are indirectly telling the people to self regulate. 'Climate change' is here and try to save at least yourself and those you love. Don't blame Trump alone, because you sometimes have to suggest, make bills, and/or have Democratic governors mandate such at the state level. Don't blame Barrow, Tinubu, or xyz alone, they are just part of the problem, but you and the opposition leaders can do many things and pressure them to act.

You show me the floating cars through floods, but the thinkers must suggest to the none or less thinking folks. How many things they mandate for every vehicle? Perhaps all vehicle makers should have at least one life jacket for the driver. Will they over charge for it, or to help them design the most ideal storage for such? The drivers of old cars deserve to live or at least a suggestion. I am putting a life jacket in our vehicle, but how can I care about potential passengers or the strangers in and beyond my country and continent? I am not an American, but a human. So anytime I see Americans unnecessarily suffer or die due to floods and the reporting is poor, I wonder if they have caring politicians and journalists. May be the problem is global, I just happen to follow u.s news more. If you accuse me of not writing about it before, I believe I did, but perhaps through what I often call minor articles or notes. It is summer time again, so the flood related deaths and poor reporting is hunting me to be harder on journalists, politicians, and beyond? Will you buy and urge your family to take the measures is a sign of family love. If you proceed to urge your lawmakers, journalists, etc, it is a sign of much wider love. In the west or richer world, almost no one can claim affordability issues.

Even if you can swim, certain gears will help much more, because good swimmers do have limitations too. The land may be the primary terrain of humans, but water is indeed our secondary terrain we must learn to live with, while on earth as humans. Many of us cannot swim for even thirty minutes, but a life jacket can help you float for a day or two, if the Lord wants to save you. Meaning, life jackets could have helped in over 50% of all the floods+ u.s experienced this year and for the past decade. Cite the numbers, refuse me credits, but pass the laws asap.

Global Estimate Of flood or drowning Related Deaths: My poor tiny Gambia of about three million people has over 100 related drowning deaths for the past decade. I am estimating on the safer side, but it is likely much more. How much do you estimate for Africa and the World for the past decade versus next decade if we learn versus refuse to learn? Although the Gambia has very mild floods compared to what I see in the u.s, we do have flood related deaths. I remember hearing them in the news and our journalists are sadly like the u.s journalists, poorly reporting on them. No pressure, no suggestions, and when will you learn and mass teach from my type? The Gambia suffer river and ocean deaths more than floods. With Climate change, we may see much worse unless we accept the simple to more complex measures I am recommending? You should go far beyond publishing my article, but write editorials and have happy hours about the measures.

Subsidy or Technology Sharing: Although I am not advising anyone to wait on the governments for potential subsidies, I am calling for worldwide efforts or collaborations. The Paris climate change accord missed it, but how can we add such through our external affairs ministry and other international collaborations? Governments can be extremely slow on any good, be it national or international level. How many billions were promised to poorer countries for climate change related matters? Will you make the life jackets free like some vaccines, but shipping and distribution costs may mean what to affordability. Even better is sharing the technology with under cameras working agreements. I do not need to detail technical matters that may complicate matters for non-technical folks. Supplying the foam mixing chemicals and what other simple ways can make even poor Gambia make enough for the whole of Africa. It can be a gesture of gratitude for the ideas or for being a country with almost no natural resources compared to other African countries. I am OK with helping all countries have their own, but sometimes scale means few factories can make for the whole world within weeks or months. Capitalism+ or greed got us into these problems, but Lovism is presenting very feasible ideas, but will communism or socialism+ repent towards Lovism?

Pools and Mass Swimming Lessons: Humankind wrongly made pools as a luxury for the rich, but there are also guilty-victims among the poor. Since any country can experience much worse floods we faced or are facing, then global standards on pool availability and mass swimming Lessons are the only acceptable minimum repentance-measures. By agreeing we must ascertain every district (county) must have at least three 'Swimming pools' by the end of 2026 or xyz, we eliminate the problem of lack of availability. Let's use Jokadu district of the Gambia as an example. By having at least one Olympic pool size for Kuntaya Senior Secondary School, we are opening the door of saving the lives of children or for black African kids to finally win Olympic swimming medals by when? At planning level, such can be upgraded towards a mini stadium for water sports and other hostings. Having two other pools in the district may help through gender separation or dedicated one(s) for seniors. Eventually, we certainly need much more than three for such a district, but a modest call for short-term international world collaboration is different from the national call and medium to long-term targets. Three may be sponsored by rich caring governments or even individuals, but we may need to suggest to them or make the case. A district (county) is often an average of twenty to fifty thousand people in many countries. There are about 50 districts in the Gambia, so that is an easy calculation that some centi-millionaires can afford, not even a billionaire. We can calculate Africa-wide by saying, we need at least three swimming pools for every thirty or xyz thousand people, for a start.

At the national level or xyz, the Gambia, Nigeria, Senegal, Brazil, or any country can target all high schools and xyz to have swimming pools within one to three years. You can even say any village with more than fifty or hundred people will be helped with a swimming pool on which conditions? Remember, pools need maintenance cost and at least land. So the villages willing to give at least land should be prioritised. If the village development committees (VDCs) can come up with 25% to 50% of the cost, then how can governments, NGOS, or rich individuals help? Gigo construction, owned by my first cousin/brother, Mr. Amadou Gigo; or Torodo Builders, owned by my brother, Saihou Omar Gigo, and how many other construction companies are fairly respectable companies that can work with other Banks towards helping how many districts or villages have great pools? I know if the governments offer them contracts, they will gladly take it. So can we ask beyond the mentioned companies to help 'loan' their labor and which Banks to help realise this time based need? I think all political parties should endorse my ideas and present a plan on how many pools they will help build by when.

Once we solve the availability issue, we must regulate the swimming lessons fees to ascertain every simple laborer can afford it. I will recommend a national institution or committee from the 'youths and Sports' ministry to understand that even seniors with no income deserve to learn to swim. Africa is over-praised for taking care of seniors, but there are aspects we woefully failed on helping seniors, including pressuring them for their ultimate good. Buying your mum or grandparents an expensive vehicle is good, but how much that may contribute to climate change woes and personal health? I mean helping our seniors learn to swim and do water exercises is going to reduce their hospital visits, and potentially save their lives if floods continue to happen or worsen.

I understand cultural matters and that d[oers of]evils will offer excuses against every good solution, but we must resist their excuses and give it a try. I cannot detail all my plans, but I am certain even seniors will try if I manage a pool or head the department or sensitization mission. To those who can afford it, a locked pool, with sun friendly glass roof, can restrict children and help a shy granny learn swimming with a good nurse who believes in preventive health, not just curative. If she can walk the earth, she is not too old to swim or pray with actions. We can even have robot AI helping teach or rescue where need be.

Heaven should be prayed with words, but also with actions. We are extremely lucky that the Lord of learning revealed marvelous hints in the Quhr-aahn and helping us in many ways today. How many times did the Quhr-aahn mention heaven as 'where rivers flow'. We can endlessly debate if heaven is a different planet or a coming time on earth, but we can at least agree God and the Godly know how to swim... So let the 'submitters' try for themselves and not forbid the children good things like swimming. Every good parent has the responsibility to teach their children swimming, but if they fail on that aspect, and the child is lucky to learn, then teaching your parents and others what may benefit them is an offer that only the kind Lord will do. Earthly heaven truly exists and is worthy of seeking with efforts and harmlessly. So be that child or adult who sees the Quhr-aahn as a book of hints. Pools are hinting as aspects of God's blessings, but those who pursue endless wives, children, gossiping, etc as normal, then good Christians, good Jews, to arguably 'good' atheists may enjoy pools and be saved from water related accidents over questionable 'Muslims'. No! I understand millions of Muslims know how to swim, but can we get many more Muslims accept that pools are a blessing and God 'teaches man what he never knew' as per ch.96? Perhaps, I am your intercessor on earth and please do good in the pools. Yes! I am calling for every person or every compound to have a pool, but we may have to start with every school and every district (county). I do not want any Imam or Pastor to stand in my way, or I will say: God's curse be upon anyone, visible or invisible ', who tries to delay or sabotage my efforts. Community pools are vital if you travel or are too poor to afford your personal pool.

Pools versus Rivers and Oceans: With few exceptions, the natural rivers are no longer as clean as before. So a pool can be much healthier depending on the users or regulations. Pools are also much easier and safer to learn from. Pools can also offer many exercises that are almost impossible with the natural rivers or oceans. In some places, pool is almost the only option, thanks to rains and God's underground reservoir. Rather than telling the children how dangerous are the rivers and oceans, let us build enough pools as gratitude to the Lord of knowledge and every good.

Rich Saudi-Arabia+ can tell us to pray for heaven, which I do not oppose, but can they help the poor access an aspect of heaven? Beside helping schools and OIC countries, the Lord of all humans and/or the Angels say: 'Can the reward of good be anything but good'. So sponsor access and if there is a better planet, then God may help you with it. Helping hundreds of millions or billions access pools can free many people from pain and give them happiness. Accordingly, the kind Lord can then help you in both worlds in ways you may not know.

Beside direct financial funding, the potential materials towards individual pool owning is largely in the Middle East more than any place. Yes, hemp plastic, hemp steel, and many other products can be used to build pools and beyond, but present options matter. Be it oil or sand donations with under cameras agreements, I am confident of minimal corruption. Sand can be used to make strong glass pools and many pool related materials are from oil. Tiling or many pool materials need sand and/or oil. Help the poor with enough actions, not just dally with the rich.

Covid as an Example: They predicted covid will hit Africa the hardest, but look what God did. They are predicting climate change will hit Africa+ the most, but what will God do? If Africans refuse efforts on these simple measures, then praying with only words may not save you, because 'Ihqrah' or learning includes learning to swim and investing on things like life-jackets is like personal action oriented prayer or 'Noah's Ark', if God may help. Even if you are a climate change denier, we know certain measures can help on present earthly challenges. We understand the oil of mainly the Middle East and Western technology largely contributed to the climate woes, so will the middle east offer materials and the west+ offer technology that may mitigate the problems? China can also consider technology transfer and/or working with my type to improve the design and functionalities of home based factory made pools.

Container Pools: There are fairly well designed container pools and mainly from China. Be it traditional steel or any material, having different sizes will help. Considering Olympic targets, I think we need fifty meters containers or assembling types of pools for those with the land. Of course, 75 , 50, or even five meter containers will be more than enough for many compounds of today. We cannot say the rich do not do drugs, but sometimes the poor do drugs much more, because Capitalism and even communism think simple things like a pool should be denied to the poor until when? The one or two hours in a pool is more likely to help people avoid drugs, gossiping, and many ills. Presently, you have countless car sales garages with expensive vehicles in the Gambia, but no one is ordering these 'container types ' of pools, which may be much cheaper than cement and tile oriented pools. You can argue on 'demand' even before trying, but more pools will serve us more than more land vehicles. Are such container pools widely available in the u.s and every country, beside online ordering? See and feel it, not just pictures. I think they will be much better than what local builders can offer small homes.

Reflecting Pools: Regardless of what it means to you, president Trump has made the term famous. If we help the poor own better than his reflecting pool, then perhaps we may have less bragging and less political debates of little or no use. After little research, Wikipedia claims 'Reflecting pools started around Persia (present Iran), but can even poor Iranians have better pools than their ancestors and Trump's reflecting pool? Feel free to research on such more than drone making, but I am challenging China, India, Turkey, etc towards helping make better and more affordable pools. Ch.27:44 of the marvelous Quhr-aahn described a pool of King Solomon that can fit as 'Reflecting pool'. Did Solomon waited for Angels to make such a pool or did he worked with 'devil builders'? My point is to seek God, not just wait. Go beyond bragging what the Quhr-aahn hints on, and try making the best hints of the Quhr-aahn a reality for you and the trying poor.

A nice glass pool is essentially heated sand with technology. China made a glass bridge that vehicles can pass through, so what percentage of your personal pool can be 'Algae free' glass with or without the ladies of Solomon and Donald Trump? I know the Gambia's state House likely has a pool, but how can we help poor Gambians own the pools of their choices? I am the type who will fight for you to have a community pool more than your questionable politicians, including the opposition leaders, and even for affordability. However, when I get my personal pool, I do not want a 'useless' neighbour to disturb me. Are my neighbours even sharing these thoughts? I will either send you to the community pool or charge you to use my pool, or loan you to have your own pool. You cannot own multiple vehicles or expensive smart phones or clothes, but refuse to even plan for a pool in your house plans. Sharing has its advantages, but also some things are best at a personal level, no sharing. So let the Gambian or xyz building recommendations state every compound is mandated or advised to reserve land for a pool, in case of covid or xyz. You can use the pool water to wash vehicles, water plants, recycle in different ways. Those who refuse even good plans for their children do not deserve a heaven with pools or which flowing rivers? Don't just pray, but plan and build/buy good things like pools.

Water Exercises: I am not interested in echoing the countless water exercises that already exist, you can research those as journalists+ and sensitize the public. Instead, I am urging manufacturers and those who have contacts with them to start redesigning pools to incorporate much wider water related exercises. Hire me or others to help you on Futuristic multipurpose pools.

Skipping the Ground Floor: Technically, this is not a 'simple measure ' at mass level, but mentioning it here can inspire a movie and millions of people start to think about it, because millions of new buildings will emerge. By leaving the ground floor for vehicles, animals, pools, etc, we erect only water-resistant pillars and no walls (houses) on the ground floor in a manner to resist mild floods. Imagine a whole village built that way in a movie and real life, it will cost a little more, but it may impress the Lord of efforts to avert any harmful rain to cause the ignorant cry 'waste'... Or will the most negative ones claim God can rain much more to even suffer those in such buildings? As an individual, you do your effort if God gives you the opportunity.

Coincidently, I am off from my swimming lessons today, partly due to not feeling well. No sun, rainy day, and no pool in our compound is the shame or lack of this blessing I face. A heated pool or even if a pool was at my door steps can mean trying. I am well enough to write, too lazy to drive for swimming on a rainy day, or God wanted me to do a much higher good? There are many things I am learning about the swimming place, but time and space, or even controversy, demand I reserve good advice I may offer in due time.

A few years ago, I wrote: 'Black Folks can't swim, nor win swimming medals', but you can search for it on the internet. I am essentially saying after repeated calls to deaf ears, we may need to escalate our language.

I truly understand that Africa and other places have mindset issues, not just financial issues. When you wrongly echo 'rivers have no branches' to instill fear in non-thinkers, then you may be an echoing devil in illusions, fractional facts, or much worse. The branches can be implanted in your mind by God or even students of God within two weeks. If you refused two weeks of learning in fear, then you have committed the sin of fear and rejected the good of learning. Rivers having branches will hurt our sensitive human body and good atheists sacrifice time and money to help themselves and their children. You may claim to love your children in fear as 'caution', but are you insinuating those who accept to help their children learn and access pools do not love their children? Good parents teach and sponsor their children to learn swimming. Failing to do so may not make you a totally bad parent, but indeed a bad parent in one or multiple aspects.

There is no Gambian district with determination that cannot afford sponsoring a swimming pool. A similar reality exists in almost every African country, because the Gambia is among the poorest. It is a question of knowledge, care, and sensitization. Caring business folks can certainly collect money for years or months before mass personal owning of pools. Do not let the negative folks scare you on maintenance cost. We can reduce the chlorine cost, use salt and self created vinegar, etc. Having the pool is the first needed step, because using it many ways is feasible, especially small pools of around five to ten meters.

At the personal level, my two mentioned brothers are perfect examples. They are both low level millionaires and happen to be builders. To the best of my knowledge, they each own multiple homes, expensive vehicles, etc but not one has a home pool as of this writing. They are not the only 'guilty' or questionable rich folks on pools. I did not mention them in a positive light earlier to give them free advertisement or suggesting the Ghanaian or xyz government should give them pool contracts, nor am I mentioning them in what may seem as negative light to shame them. Verifiable examples matter at times. My late father sadly had unnecessary fears of water and implanted or transferred that fear to them. Someone must break the chains of fear and I am trying to be the one, beyond my family. I will advise them lightly in public, but ready to debate them and anyone in public on the need to be much better. I will even tell their children and grandchildren that they are failing, at least in this one aspect. God forbids us fear, urges us to learn every good, and says 'Failing to exhort each other to truth' will land us among the lost, as per ch.103. Accordingly, I rest my case for now and demand the best of journalists to 'repent, amend, and proclaim' for realization, as per ch.2:160. Where are the video influencers who will teach and/or shame defiant politicians and journalists on flood reporting? May the Kind Lord of realization help us much more, including the realization of things not even mentioned. May God bless Showlove Trinity: let's learn, let's work, let's have fun.
