The Ghana TVET Service has announced that shortlisted applicants for Stage 2 of its ongoing recruitment exercise will undergo virtual interviews.

The interviews will be conducted in collaboration with the Public Services Commission (PSC) as part of the next phase of the recruitment process.

The Service has urged all shortlisted applicants to strictly follow the instructions governing the virtual interviews to avoid disruptions.

“The Ghana TVET Service hereby informs all applicants shortlisted for Stage 2 of the ongoing recruitment process that interviews will be conducted virtually, in collaboration with the Public Services Commission,” Management said in a notice issued on Tuesday, August 18.

Applicants have been directed to access the interview portal strictly at the exact time slots assigned to them through their individual dashboards.

The Service cautioned that attempts to log in outside the assigned time could disrupt another applicant’s interview session.

For a smooth interview experience, applicants have been advised to use a laptop or computer and ensure that their devices have functional cameras and audio systems.

Candidates are also required to maintain a stable and reliable internet connection throughout the interview.

The Service said applicants would be assessed on their understanding of the roles they applied for, practical and real-life problem-solving abilities and knowledge of the TVET landscape.

“Applicants are expected to demonstrate strong understanding of the role applied for, practical and real-life problem-solving abilities and familiarity with the TVET landscape and the service,” the statement said.

Other assessment criteria include clarity of thought and communication, professionalism and overall presentation, depth and relevance of responses, and strict adherence to the allocated interview time.

The Ghana TVET Service has urged all shortlisted applicants to fully cooperate with the arrangements to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
