Alagumgube Africa supports triplets receiving care at Bongo Hospital

The Alagumgube Africa has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting families in need by extending assistance to a mother whose triplets are currently receiving care at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Bongo Hospital.

The beneficiary, Aguure Lydia, is currently caring for her three newborns at the hospital as they receive the necessary medical attention.

Recognising the financial demands associated with caring for newborns undergoing specialised care, Alagumgube Africa stepped in with essential supplies and financial assistance to support the family.

The organisation presented the family with baby feeds, diapers, wipes, soap bars and washing powder. An undisclosed amount of money was also provided to help the family settle part of its hospital bills.

The intervention, according to Alagumgube Africa, was aimed at easing the burden on the young family and ensuring that the babies have some of the basic items needed during their stay at the hospital.

The organisation said the gesture reflects its belief in community solidarity and the need to support families facing difficult circumstances.

Alagumgube Africa also expressed gratitude to its members and individuals who contributed towards the initiative, noting that their generosity made the support possible.

The organisation has encouraged continued compassion and collective responsibility towards families and individuals who require assistance, particularly those dealing with challenges beyond their immediate financial means.

For Aguure Lydia and her family, the intervention offers much-needed relief as she continues to care for her triplets while they receive treatment at Bongo Hospital.
