Nenyi George Andah, identified a specific class of voters critical to victory and tasked Razak with a strategic role to protect and mobilize them. It required discretion, tact, and accuracy. Razak’s service didn’t stop at party work. As the immediate past NADMO Director*l for Awutu Senya West, he was responsible for disaster response, community outreach, and coordinating volunteers across the entire constituency.

That role gave him two things every good Organiser needs: knowledge and networks.

He knows which communities flood, which areas are hard to reach during the rainy season, and where party structures need extra support. More importantly, he built relationships with assembly members, unit committee members, youth groups, and traditional authorities — the exact network an Organiser must activate during campaigns, registration exercises, and voter protection drives.

NADMO taught him how to move men and materials under pressure. The NPP needs that same competence at the constituency secretariat.

Razak is noted within the party as being resourceful in terms of finance.
