Video of Prophet Uche predicting UK Prime Minister's resignation goes viral after Starmer's exit

Founder of Reign House Chapel, Prophet Eric Uche Boahen's 2025 prophecy about the resignation of the United Kingdom’s Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, has resurfaced online

Starmer announced his resignation as Prime Minister and leader of the Labour Party in a statement delivered at 10 Downing Street on Monday, June 22, 2026, paving the way for a leadership contest to elect his successor.

According to Starmer, he had informed King Charles III of his decision and would remain in office until a new Labour leader is elected and formally assumes office.

“I will resign as leader of the Labour Party. I have informed His Majesty the King this morning of my decision.

“I will ask the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party to set out a timetable, with nominations opening on July 9 and concluding before the summer recess. In the event of a contest, this will ensure a new leader is in place before Parliament returns in September,” Starmer stated.

Following his resignation, a video of Prophet Uche has resurfaced online, showing him predicting in 2025 that the UK Prime Minister would step down from office.

While delivering prophecies during a watchnight service on December 31, 2025, the cleric said he foresaw the resignation of a world leader in 2026.

“I see a president submitting a resignation in 2026,” he said.

In another prophetic declaration made after the December 31 service, Prophet Uche specifically mentioned the United Kingdom and stated that the Prime Minister would be compelled to leave office.

“I have seen the UK Prime Minister resign. I saw him being forced to step down,” he said.
