The Member of Parliament for Adaklu, Kwame Governs Agbodza has accused government of neglecting the people in the Constituency.
According to him, government has refused to support schools in the constituency which is seriously affecting education.
In an interview with the media, Kwame Governs Agbodza questioned why many schools in other parts of the country have extra buses but no school in Adaklu has a single bus.
“This school has been completed for some time now, and we haven’t seen any pickup. The government is neglecting Adaklu and we are not happy about it. How come schools in the country have extra buses? We are appealing to the government to stop the discrimination against Adaklu. There is no single school in Adaklu that has a single bus, when they were distributing the last batch of buses, they gave other schools extra buses,” Kwame Governs Agbodza bemoaned.
The Adaklu MP raised these concerns when he commissioned a Kitchen facility for Gbekor Senior High School.
He said the construction of the facility forms part of his efforts to improve teaching and learning in the school.
Mr. Agbodza assured that water problems facing the school will also be addressed.
