Mr. Finance Minister, What Does The Second IMF Bailout Mean To Ghanaians, When They Did Not Benefit From The First Tranche?

Any educated Ghanaian should not be thrilled with the news made by the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, concerning the second batch of the IMF bailout because it would add to the already heavy load that Ghanaians are now carrying. Ken Ofori-Atta, like his relative president Akufo Addo, is unable to accept failure; therefore he deceives Ghanaians into believing the IMF arrangement is advantageous when in reality it has been a disaster.

According to the Finance Minister, Ghana is on track to receive the second round of International Monetary Fund bailouts in December to support the government's balance of payments in 2023 and 2024. I have never liked Ken Ofori- Atta, the problem is that he thinks Ghanaians are stupid so wearing a white shirt will make them believe is a genuine person. Ken Ofori-Atta as a matter of fact, is the second biggest thief after Akufo Addo.

This is not the first time I have said this to the incompetent and bogus Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, who would have been in jail a long time ago, if Ghana hadn’t had a weak and corrupt judiciary system or if his corrupt behavior had occurred in another country. I vividly remember telling the fake finance minister that if I falsely accused him and called him a thief, several rivers in Ghana respond to the curses, and, therefore; he should go to one of them and curse me to death.

Ken Ofori-Atta is the embodiment of Dr Jekyll, he wears a white shirt to impress the ignorant among Ghanaians that he is spotless, but he is the most incompetent and corrupt finance minister Ghana has ever had.

This makes me believe that this is the most unscrupulous government in Ghanaian political history, while Ken Ofori-Atta is tormenting Ghanaians, including pensioners, with his fraudulent debt restructuring scheme, meanwhile; many NPP politicians, including former sanitation minister Cecilia Dapaah, have stolen large amounts of money to keep them in the house. Why would a government that promises to improve people's lives after accusing Mahama of mismanagement treat people this way?

When things became out of control, Ken Ofori-Atta told Ghanaians that things would get better as soon as the government received the first installment of the IMF's financial bailout. Why could any sensible Ghanaian believe Ken Ofori-Atta that IMF money will fix their issues, since a country with gold, diamonds, bauxite, oil, and cash crops like cocoa hasn't been helpful to Ghanaians under this government? However, he was backed by many uninformed Ghanaians and NPP officials.

Can any Ghanaian tell me if the $3 billion International Monetary Fund loan approval that Ghana got the first $600 million tranche four months ago, brought any solace to the people or altered their condition or the unemployment crisis? Under the supervision of Akufo Addo, NPP politicians shared the money among themselves as it arrived. Many people think that some of the loot included the cash that was stolen from or discovered at the residence of Cecilia Dapaah, the former sanitation minister.

The NPP government is so reckless that they don't even dare to apologize to Ghanaians or even solve their problems. Since they think the people are stupid and believe in God, the vice president, Bawumia, who is complicit in the failure, corruption, and damage of this government, will be a good candidate for Ghanaians as president to break the 8th cycle. God should have mercy on the Ghanaians by preventing this incompetent, corrupt, and quack economist from becoming president.

Bawumia doesn't deserve to be president, but I don't blame Ghanaians; the majority of them don't know what distinctive and excellent politics is, so to them, anything that glitters is gold. In any developing country, incompetent, Bawumia will never be given a platform to stand on to project his desire to become president; let alone a civilized country. Which unique economist, would collaborate with the Bank of Ghana to print new money to further complicate an already unstable economy?

The announcement by the Finance Minister about the second bailout in December is insignificant since the first tranche had benefited him and his family. More importantly, the second cash is coming to increase the burden of the people. This administration has proven over a thousand times that they have nothing to offer Ghanaians and have only come to plunder Ghana for their own gain. If you think I am lying, I will end this article by asking the people of Ghana to ask Ken Ofori-Atta why he has refused to resign when the majority of Ghanaians do not want him.
