President Akufo Addo, And His Relative, Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, Are Both Corruption Junkies

The corrupt NPP government-sponsored or paid media has taken control of the Ghanaian media, making it difficult for most Ghanaians, especially the poor, to understand the dangers that the nation is currently facing and what will likely await them in the years to come under the NPP regime. The truth is that corruption is still a major issue in Ghana and that the president, Akufo Addo, and his relative, the finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, are all to blame for the current political and economic crisis in Ghana.

The most laziest and corrupt president in Ghana's political history is Akufo Addo. It is very obvious that during the time he was struggling to get elected as president, his laziness pushed him into extreme poverty, therefore; he was facing serious financial difficulties. As one could perceive the dire poverty problem he was suffering, many of Akufo Addo’s photographs before becoming president seemed like someone in a refugee camp somewhere in one of these African nations.

Akufo Addo is neither a leader nor one who is intelligent enough to lead people, as I have been stating all along. He seizes opportunities and the best of those opportunities is corruption. Without making investments in other companies or factories, he was dependent on the income his father generated from his involvement in Ghanaian politics. Akufo Addo lacks the drive to make investments and create jobs, which is why his primary goal since coming to office has been to construct a cathedral.

Can you imagine this was Akufo Addo when struggling to be president? Look at the sadness on his face but today, due to widespread corruption and state funds being misappropriated into private accounts, Akufo Addo, the president, and his relative Ken Ofori-Atta, the finance minister, are to blame for the collapse of the Ghanaian economy. The Ghanaian media is dishonestly blaming COVID and the Russia-Ukraine war because they are afraid to report the reality.

As president, Akufo Addo has been a disgrace to Ghana and its people. He has little to brag about in his capacity as president. Instead, he renamed institutions that had already been constructed and was incapable of replacing the state properties he had foolishly and ignorantly destroyed. Since he was unable to construct new factories, or renovate any of the existing factories that Nkrumah had established to create jobs, he is desperate to do something to be remembered, hence; the cathedral.

Akufo Addo and Ken Ofori-Atta are both destructive politicians who both have corruption addiction problems. They can't survive without it, thus the more they steal the state, the more they need it. Since Ghana's corrupt NPP-sponsored media has taken control and promoted corruption and immorality of the government, instead of criticizing, the crisis has only become worse and they have also refused to inform the majority of Ghanaians about the dangers and difficulties ahead of them.

The NPP government has institutionalized corruption and nationalized devastation, but the state-sponsored corrupt media has taken control of the nation to the point where the false information they are spreading is mentally permeating people's brains as the only party capable of saving Ghana. If I'm wrong, then it begs the question of why an NPP politician would have the temerity to tell Mahama, "You want Addo Addo to fail, so that you may fool the people again."

Who deceived who? Akufo Addo deceived the populace into giving him their authority, and they complied. The only thing the president has ever done with the authority given to him is to steal and plunder the state with his relative, whom he chose as the finance minister, who is the main perpetrator of the corruptive actions that have brought the state to its knees. Since the president has already failed, why would any sane person tell Mahama that you want Akufo Addo to fail so that you can fool the populace once more?

I recently wrote an article titled "Find Out Why I Don't Write About John Mahama And Judge Me If I'm Wrong," which was published on December 31, 2022. I outlined John Mahama's accomplishments and threw the challenge to any anti-NDC writer, journalist, or politician to produce an article and list every accomplishment of Akufo Addo and the NPP administration, but it hasn't been done yet. The majority of Ghanaians anticipate it since Bawumia's boasting about the NPP's unbeatable accomplishments is getting increasingly deafening.

Everyone is aware of Ghana's severe inflation and debt crisis, but the media hasn't questioned how the debt came to be. In addition to causing the country to fall apart, Akufo Addo's family's corruption scandal has long been acknowledged as a significant barrier to political and economic stability, security, and human development. What led to this? Ghana's debt has grown significantly as a result of widespread public funds being diverted to personal accounts.

In reality, every NPP politician may have looted the state. Ghanaians were extremely happy that Eugene Arhin's wife came forward after a misunderstanding; otherwise, they would have never realized how one individual can amass such wealth so quickly after entering politics. When, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, aka Sir John, died, all his corruptible activities as an NPP politician, were exposed by his will. That’s why on July 23, 2022, the ModernGhana site published “A Glance At The Assets Of Both The Living And The Dead Corrupt NPP Politicians,” by the writer.

Why should bright individuals who desire better lives believe they can obtain that better living from a corrupt administration that makes their life miserable? The none state-sponsored media in Ghana should have published the truth to the suffering masses, but because they are afraid and unable to do so, I will do it on their behalf because the suffering of the common people in that nation is enough.

Akufo Addo and Ken Ofori-Atta ought to have been made to resign in any developing nation, let alone an advanced country. In addition to being thieves, they have ruined the nation and are continuing to destroy it because they still want the NPP to hold onto power, as a result, they keep lying and manipulating the system, making life tougher for common citizens.

I must make it clear to Akufo Addo and Ken Ofori-Atta that it is because of their acts that military coups frequently occur in several African nations. The two should be investigated and barred from holding any office in any respectable nation. Akufo Addo is fully aware of this, which is one of the reasons he has shielded himself by appointing dishonest justices to the Supreme Court. However, when the time comes for accountability, he will discover how simple it will be to climb that corrupt judicial wall.
