Why Gabby Otchere-Darko Fights To Keep Ken Ofori-Atta As Finance Minister

Feature Article Why Gabby Otchere-Darko Fights To Keep Ken Ofori-Atta As Finance Minister
JUL 4, 2022 LISTEN

If the Finance Minister is removed from his position, Akufo Addo, Ken Ofori-Atta, and Gabby Otchere-Darko will be made accountable for their corruption, and the flow of ill-gotten gains from the government's coffers would cease. Gabby Otchere-Darko has amassed through corruption, despite the fact that he hasn't been officially appointed or given a position to work for the NPP government.

He has amassed enormous riches thanks to his family, the president Nana Akufo Addo, and the finance minister Ken Ofori-Atta, who help him obtain his portion of the illicit cash from the government's coffers. Despite claiming to be a lawyer, Gabby Otchere-Darko hasn't achieved anything without the support of his relatives, who are governing the nation ineptly.

I've previously expressed the wish that a psychologist could properly explain to me how a tribal bigot's brain functions, but it appears to me that it is comparable to a madman whose brain is out of order because they simply don't care about what is going on around them and aren't interested in the suffering of others.

I have reason to believe that Akufo Addo, Ken Ofori-Atta, and Gabby Otchere-Darko, these three relatives, have embezzled sizable sums of money that would have been enough to support Ghana without the need for the IMF due to the massive debt the NPP government has accrued without accountability.

A relative of the president, Nana Akufo Addo, named Gabby Otchere-Danko, should have recognized the harm that the country's finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, has done to Ghana before claiming that Ofori-Atta has shown creativity, therefore; he should be given support.

Despite Ken Ofori-Atta's involvement in the NPP government's widespread corruption, which included the theft of COVID funds, the collapse of banking institutions, and the country's economy amid weak currency, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko has rejected calls for his resignation.

It will be very challenging for Akufo Addo to remove Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta from his position, firstly because the Political Family Mafia's deep corruption will be exposed, and secondly, it will be difficult for them to access the ill-gotten gains from the government's coffers because the new finance minister will know that they were actually stealing the money.

If you believe Ghana is broken and that Addo Addo no longer cares about corruption, you may be misinformed. One of the reasons the president has shown to be more corrupt than John Mahama and doesn't even feel guilty to have NPP politicians involved in corruption in his administration. That is a kind of leader who cannot be satisfied with any amount of money; therefore, a penny is valuable to him.

I don't need to rewrite every story on Ken Ofori-Atta, the finance minister, being the one to blame for the NPP government's fall, which brought about needless misery for ordinary Ghanaians. However, since I'm not a tribal bigot who would shield someone who is destroying our nation, I'll supply the headings so that any reader who is interested can find the title and read it for themselves.

1. On October 31, 2019, I penned "Is The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta Suffering From Hallucination?" for ModernGhana.

2. Take The Blame Akufo Addo, The Establishment Of Family Government Has Destroyed Ghana," is what I stated on December 21, 2021.

3. "Ken Ofori-Atta Is The Biggest Obstacle Towards The Development Of Ghana" was published on February 4, 2022.

4. "Ken Ofori-Atta was appointed finance minister to facilitate corruption for Akufo Addo," according to a piece I published on March 27, 2022.

5. "Ken Ofori-Atta Is Corrupt, He Uses White Shirts To Deceive Ghanaians," is a piece I published on April 5, 2022.

6. I wrote "Despite Being Ghana's Worst Finance Minister, Akufo Addo Is Still Holding On To His Relative, Ken Ofori-Atta," on June 7, 2022.

My devoted readers can see right away that I quickly realized the impending disaster Ghana faces, to begin writing about Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta in 2019. Those reading regularly the articles of this writer can also confirm that I disappeared for some time from ModernGhana news site's columnists because I was constantly being attacked by tribal bigots and John Mahama haters, who wanted to remove me from the columnists because the truth hurts.

I gave them false hope so they would believe I had been defeated and after taking a long rest, I returned with all of my might. Since then, I have ignored their taunts and I came to the conclusion that there are so many authors on ModernGhana, so if my adversaries are paying attention to my writings, then it's creating an impact. I'm thrilled with how accurate everything I said about Akufo Addo turned out to be.

Gabby Otchere-Darko continues to insist that the Finance Minister should be allowed to keep his position, despite all these references to Ken Ofori-Atta and his corruptible business dealings that have left Ghana stranded in the middle of an oceanic storm because he is a selfish individual who lacks compassion, morality, empathy, and regret.

If it weren't for Akufo Addo and Ken Ofori-Atta, Gabby Otchere-Darko would be like any other Ghanaians living in the streets, pushing carts of food vendors, struggling to eat and pay for housing. This is because not everyone who has lived in Europe, America, or a foreign country has been successful in life.

I had repeatedly demanded the same thing in each of my articles about the incompetence of the finance minister before the former president, John Dramani Mahama, called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to remove the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, from office, reshuffle his ministers to maximize their output, but that was the hardest challenge to Akufo Addo.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: until Ken Ofori-Atta is forced to step down, Ghanaians will not only face greater debt without accountability, but many will also lose their jobs as a result of the unfavorable business and investment climate in the nation. My only concern is the rise in crime that Ghana would experience, which will bring on doubt and worry. More importantly, I pity the next president after Akufo Addo.

If corruption and a lack of competent leadership caused all of the nation's resource earnings to be fully wasted, Ghana would not require financial support from the IMF at this time; instead, the nation would benefit from effective and hardworking leadership.
