
Seven new officers have been appointed by the ruling New Patriotic Party in the Bono region at a meeting chaired by the Regional Chairman Kwame Baffoe Abronye in Sunyani together with all the elected officers.
These officers of these are expected to discharge their duties as stipulated in their appointment letters issued and signed by the Regional Secretary of the party, Mr. Kofi Ofosu Boateng.
Their appointments were in accordance with Article 9(8) of the Party's Constitution as they would be required to compliment the work of the elected executives and contribute to the party’s activities and programmes in the next four years.
The new officers who have received the blessings of all the elected officers are Sakinatu Salifu as the Deputy Women’s Organizer and Randy Ashraf Issahaku. who will be serving as the Deputy Regional Youth Organizer
Mrs. Safura Mohammed Suraj will partner the regional organiser as his Deputy Organizer; Alhaji Baqury Mohammed as the Financial Secretary; Mr. Henry Osei occupies the Research/Elections position while Gabriel Korang Ababio is the new Regional Communications Officer.
The new officers have been charged to ensure that they work hard to solidify the party’s strength by helping to galvanise the support base with the view to massively win both the presidential and parliamentary elections in the region, come 2024.
