No One Has Hired Me

I. MY BELOVED SISTERS why stand ye here all the day idle? This is the story of many today. You applied, you prayed, you fasted, you have certificates, skills, ideas, and anointing – but doors have closed. People have said, "We will call you," and never called. You feel forgotten, rejected, and overlooked. But today God says, "Your story is not over. Your eleventh hour is God's hour for favour.” The world measures value by engagement and according to their time and season – if you are not hired, not married, not posted, not called, they call names and tag you. God does not measure you by man's hiring. Your value is not in who hired you, but who made you. Those men were idle NOT because they were unqualified, but because their time had not come. Moses was idle for 40 years in the wilderness. David was idle in the bush while his brothers were in the army. Joseph was idle in prison while his mates were promoted. Hear me: No man hiring you does not mean God has fired you. Men overlook what God is reserving. You may be unemployed, but you are not uncalled. You may be waiting, but you are not wasted.

II. MY DEAR BROTHERS, today you must understand that God has a different clock - the eleventh-hour principle. In Matthew 20, the owner of the vineyard came at 06:00 AM – hired some; 09:00 AM – hired others; 12:00 Noon - hired others; and again at 3:00 PM – hired others. The question they were confronted with was, "Why stand ye here all the day idle?" They responded, "Because no man hath hired us.” That’s a painful response. These were not lazy men. They were willing, available, trained, and present at the marketplace from morning, but no one hired them. They watched others get picked. They watched time go. Morning became afternoon. Afternoon became evening. And at that eleventh hour – when hope was almost gone – they were still standing, and finally, it was just about an hour for the close of business for the day at 5:00 PM (eleventh hour). Beloved, God never closes His recruitment office; we must understand that men have closing time; God does not.

III. SON OF MAN, what man calls "too late", God calls "just in time". When men considered Sarah too old to have a child, God said it was time. When mourners were mourning Lazarus for four days and concluded that he was dead and stinking, Jesus Christ said it was time. When the Israelites were trapped at the Red Sea and the enemies said, 'We have got them trapped; let us finish them immediately,' God said it was time. My sister, your eleventh hour is not your burial hour; it is your lifting hour. The same people who ignored you all day and some of them even rejoiced that you are jobless, you are not married, you are homeless, you have no child, and you are poor, will see God pay you the same wage as those who started early. God can compress in one hour what others took 12 hours to get. Sometimes God allows "" because: He is protecting you from a wrong vineyard. Not every job is your job. Not every open door is your door. Some hirings would have destroyed your destiny. He is preparing you for the last move that will be your best move. The eleventh-hour workers did not have to toil under the scorching sun like the early workers. Their sweat was less, but their pay was equal. God preserved their strength. He wants the glory to be His alone. When no man has helped you, when you finally rise, no man can take the credit.

IV. SON OF MAN, if you are at the point where no one has hired you, continue to stand in the marketplace, don’t go home, and don’t abandon your faith. Even at the eleventh hour, they were still at the market. They never gave up, continued in prayers, stayed in church, stayed visible, and stayed hopeful. Keep your work clothes on. Don't let disappointment make you spiritually naked. Keep studying, keep praying, and keep improving your skill. God hires ready people. Answer honestly; when the Master asks why you are idle, don’t lie about your situation, and don’t cover up the face of the reality. They said, "No one has hired us." Tell God your truth today. Tell Him you are tired, you are jobless, you are waiting for posting, you are waiting for marriage, and you are waiting for that breakthrough. God does not need pretence; He needs honesty. Remember this is a DIVINE NEW DAY PROPHETIC WORD of encouragement sent forth through the authority and power of Christ Jesus and delivered to the brethren through God's Vessel, Francis Ameyibor. Yes! Men may have a retirement age, but God does not. Isaiah 60:22 says, "When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen."

V. 2026 IS OUR YEAR AND SEASON TO BE LIFTED UP—IT IS NOT LATE. Child of God, hear this prophetic word: it is not too late to be hired. It is not too late to be married. It is not too late to start that business. It is not late to get that posting, that visa, that healing. It is not too late to fulfil purpose. The same Owner who came at 06:00 AM is coming again at 5:00 PM for you. And when He comes, He will not negotiate your wage – He will give you full pay. He will restore the years the locusts have eaten - Joel 2:25.

PRAYER: Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ, I bring my idleness to You. Men may have rejected me, but you have selected me. At my eleventh hour, Lord, remember me. Hire me by mercy. Promote me by grace. Let my waiting end today. Let my hope be renewed. It is not late, for You are still hiring. In Jesus Christ’s name. Amen!
