Ghanaian singer Sefa has opened up about how she came to join her former record label, Black Avenue Muzik, revealing that her journey began with a message from D-Black.
Speaking during an interview with Empress Gifty, Sefa recalled receiving a message from the Ghanaian rapper and entrepreneur after he had come across videos of her singing.
According to the singer, D-Black told her that he had seen some of her performances and was impressed by what he heard. He subsequently informed her that he and DJ Breezy were working on plans to establish a new record label.
She said D-Black then asked whether she would be interested in becoming part of the label once it was launched.
Sefa explained that the unexpected message became a major turning point in her career and eventually paved the way for her professional relationship with D-Black.
She described the communication as the moment that marked the beginning of her journey with the record label boss, which later played an important role in her development as a recording artiste.
