Leading Ghanaian artistes are posting massive numbers on global streaming platforms, with several crossing major milestones in 2026, according to fresh data from Chart Ghana.
The latest figures highlight a strong and growing presence of Ghanaian music across all major Digital Service Providers (DSPs), with both established and emerging acts making significant gains.
Camidoh has crossed 20 million global streams on YouTube in 2026, placing him 11th among the most‑streamed Ghanaian artistes on the platform this year.
Award‑winning singer Wendy Shay has surpassed 400 million global streams across all DSPs, ranking 19th among Ghana’s most‑streamed artistes of all time.
Music duo DopeNation have now exceeded 200 million global streams across DSPs, earning the 34th spot on the all‑time Ghanaian streaming chart.
Rapper Oseikrom Sikanii has joined the 100 million club, crossing 100 million global streams and ranking 46th among Ghanaian artistes globally.
Sista Afia has also hit 100 million global streams, placing her at 47th on the all‑time list.
On the 2026 charts, KiDi has recorded over 80 million global streams across DSPs, securing the No. 18 position among Ghana’s most‑streamed artistes this year.
Legendary duo R2Bees have pulled over 70 million global streams on Spotify across all credits in 2026, making them the 6th most‑streamed Ghanaian act on the platform this year.
Dancehall star Stonebwoy continues to dominate Audiomack, surpassing 50 million global streams in 2026 and ranking 5th on the platform’s Ghanaian chart.
Industry analysts say the rising numbers reflect the expanding international appeal of Ghanaian music and the growing impact of digital distribution in pushing local sounds to global audiences.
