Ghanaian rap legend Sarkodie has arrived in London ahead of Kweku Smoke’s headline concert at Electric Brixton on May 29—an event he has hyped as the “only necessary thing happening this month in the UK.”
The two artistes, who previously collaborated on the hit track Odopa, have been fueling excitement online, with Kweku Smoke promising “INSANE SH!T ONLY!” for his first major UK headline show. Fans are buzzing with speculation that Sarkodie may join him onstage at the 1,500‑capacity venue. Tickets start at £32.50, with doors opening at 7 p.m.
On X, Sarkodie shared a photo with Kweku Smoke, captioned:
“London nights with Big Shmoke @kwekusmoke_ … the only necessary thing happening this month in UK is this Friday inside Electric Brixton.”
He also shared the event link to further rally fans.
The show marks a major milestone for Kweku Smoke, who has been on a steady rise since winning big at the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) and releasing his acclaimed album Walk With Me.
With Sarkodie already in town and the energy building online, fans are expecting a night that could easily become one of the standout Ghanaian music moments of 2026.
