Nigerian actress Regina Daniels has gone to the hospital to take a drug test following public accusations of substance abuse.
In a short Instagram video, Regina said, “Hi guys, so I'm here at the hospital, I'm about to run my drug test,” as she showed herself at the medical facility.
The development comes nearly three months after her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, accused her of drug use while denying her claims of domestic violence made in October 2025.
The situation became more controversial when her co-wife, Laila Charani, alleged that Regina introduced her to drugs. An alleged medical report also surfaced online, claiming Regina tested positive for several substances.
Serenity Royale Hospital later denied leaking any such medical report and asked the public to ignore it.
Regina's decision to take the drug test is seen as a response to the ongoing allegations surrounding her personal life.
