
Highlife legend Kojo Antwi is grieving the loss of his beloved mother, Madam Mary Adwoa Nyamaa.
The mother of the legendary Highlife musician passed away on November 13, 2024, at the Mpraeso General Hospital in the Eastern Region.
In a heartfelt statement, Kojo Antwi acknowledged that his late mother was the inspiration behind his iconic song, “Bre bre Anowaa.”

Kojo Antwi popularly known as “Mr Music Man” was born Julius Kojo Antwi into a family with 13 siblings
He has 22 albums to his credit, with ”Bre bre Anowaa” being one of his most successful songs in Ghana and Africa at large.
