Music is one thing that really put Ghana on the the map. We can boast of great personalities like Osibisa, Ambulley, Th4wages et al who have in one way or the other helped push this cause.
Ghanaians love music especially rap and we have seen thousands of rappers who have exhibited several rapping prowess, different and unique skills.
Rap in Ghana comes with different languages and can talk of it pioneers. Edem came with rap in Ewe, Tinny in Ga, Kinaata in Fante, etc.
Meet Tettey Kwao with stage name Bbird who hails from Somanya. He raps in the Krobo language and the first to do that. He is called the Krobo Rap King by others due to this fact.
Currently living in the UK, the Krobo Rap King has also mentored others including his record label signee Awetse Nayo to rap in their native language, Krobo.
