Swedru-based Patapaa Amisty has become a subject of discussion on social media following his appearance on the red carpet at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
The “One Corner” hit maker subjected himself to public ridicule when he turned up at the 19th edition of the Ghana music awards at the Accra International Conference Centre in a 'seemingly' over-sized suit and red tie accessorized with a black shoe.
Patapaa speaking on Zylofon FM, monitored by Grace Afumwaa of Razzonline.com accentuated candidly that, Ghanaians were lucky he did not wear ‘toggers’ to the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards night.
He affirmed that, he deliberately wore that over-size suit at the VGMA for people to talk about him and trend.
“I wanted to wear something different to attract people attention for them (people) to talk about me. You see now am trending, people are talking about”, he said.
