Just as it has been since 2012 when the first edition of the Top Naija Music Awards held, the award scheme continues to shine on more artistes, propelling them into massive stardom.
Even before they hit the A list circle the likes of Korede Bello, Reekado Banks, Immaculate, Ycee, Lil Kesh and others were discovered under the Top Naija Music Awards.
Organizers of this award are pleased to announce the new sets of music champions who have been nominated in the 2017 edition of the award.
The award which is in its 5th year already is set to bring more emerging stars to the limelight.
Battling for the artiste of the year in this year's edition are: Junior Boy, Air Boy, Devolee, Mavin Stars, DNA; Big Brother Naija Participants, Debbie Rise and Soma; Tinny Ent newly signed act, Dapo Taburna, Demmie Vee, Jhybo and HKN's B-Red.
For the Artiste To Watch category, competitors are Nollywood veteran's Bukky Wright's son, Ojayy Wright, Sexy Wizzy, Olanrewaju & Neyoski, Dice Angel, Uniek Grace, Doyinsola and SOP Records acts, Moeazy and Sonorous.

The Nominees concert will hold on Saturday December 9, 2017 at Virgin Rose Resorts, Bishop Oluwole Street,Victoria Island, Lagos while the grand finale and award presentation ceremony will hold at Oriental Hotel on Saturday January 20, 2018.
