Joni (VAN VICKER) goes back to his village because he has made a discovery about his homeland. He had a plan and just how to get it but his unofficial guide Paa Nii (AGYA KOO), “THE VILLAGE EYE” gets things complicated. meanwhile the innkeeper's wife expresses her affection for Joni and bully's any lady who gets closer to Joni.

Nicknamed the Dollar man, Joni became the ladies man in the village, with the Princess of the town involve, what will the bully do to her? This woman beats the husband and fears no one in the village.

In an interview with Van, his motive for shooting with the local artists is to expose the good talent they've got to the world hence he decided on the multi award winner of Ghana's indigenous movie, Agya Koo.
