
THE MANAGEMENT of La Palm Royal Beach Hotel has strengthened measures to make this festive season is an enjoyable one for its patrons as it prepares feverishly to celebrate the holidays with glamour.
At the plush hotel's Christmas lighting ceremony on Sunday, a line-up of sizzling events for this year's festivities was revealed.
The lighting ceremony brought together stakeholders in the hospitality industry, treating them to melodious tunes from the Winneba Youth Choir.
The hotel promised to reduce the rates on its luxurious rooms as part of the holiday package. The offer comes with freebies such as free complimentary wine, discounted body massages, among others.
The rest of holiday package includes 2009 corporate parties and Royal Dragon festive dinners. The climax of the package will be the Christmas Day Lunch, which will be organized along with live band performances.
There will also be a Kids Costume Party on December 26 and a New Year's Eve Dinner Dance. A New Year's Day breakfast will be the pinnacle of the events at the hotel's continental restaurant.
The New Year Dinner Dance will be a special occasion, as pulsating performances from ace musician Papa Yankson and hip life duo Wutah are expected.
, the General Manager of the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel told BEATWAVES that this is not the first time the hotel is undertaking such activities.
According to him, it is an annual event which goes through various reforms every year. Its aim, he explained, is to provide customers with the best entertainment during the festive season.
“The role of a hotel in a community is such that when a festivity comes, you need to entertain the community. To us the community is very important, and we need to satisfy their entertainment needs.
