Mexico launches major clean energy expansion
Mexico is launching a $43 billion energy infrastructure push aimed at expanding electricity generation and attracting more private investment. The plan calls for most new capacity to come from clean energy, but industry experts warn that investment hurdles and the country's aging transmission grid could complicate the transition.
