Princess Kate visits Italy in first overseas trip since cancer treatment

Princess Kate received a warm welcome from the city of Reggio Emilia, a small northern Italian enclave. This is the Princess of Wales' first official overseas trip since being treated for cancer. CNN's Max Foster reports.
