
Hearts of Oak have handed Auroras captain Michelle Sarpong his first professional contract.
The Ghana Premier League heavyweights announced the deal for the player on Thursday, January 24 via their official Twitter handle.
“Auroras Captain Michelle Sarpong has signed his first professional contract with Hearts of Oak. The attacking midfielder has signed a long term deal with the senior team,” the statement read.
Sarpong is expected to fight for a slot in the first team under head coach Kim Grant.
Hearts were busy on Thursday as they also signed Enock Addo from Auroras and striker Kofi Kordzi from Royal FC.
