
Wa All Stars became the 11th club to win the Ghana Premier League since it started in 1920.
The Northern Blues have joined the list comprising Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, Ashanti Gold (Goldfields), Great Olympics, Eleven Wise Sekondi, Real Republicans, Ebusua Dwarfs, Sekondi Hasaacas, Aduana Stars and Berekum Chelsea.
All Stars are also the sixth club to win the crown since the league turned professional in 1993.
Enos Adipah's side beat Aduana Stars 2-1 at home on Wednesday to open a three-point lead ahead of the final round of matches.
